When thinking of a castle to create, I originally intended to take inspiration from real castles and make something incredibly intricate and detailed -- until I realized that, not only would that be an insane time investment, but I also had another idea that was much more interesting to me: the cat castle. It was fun to make, but about halfway through the rendering process I think my life flashed before my eyes because I realized that I had forgotten to save and the entire program crashed (obviously it turned out fine because I was able to post this, but lesson learned for the future).
